Come and Join The Fun!

The Tri-County Metal Detectors Club meets once a month in Cortland, Ohio. The meetings are run by the President and informally run under guidelines of Roberts Rules of Order. The meetings include an evening meal for those present and fun activities are held, not the least of which are 50/50 drawings and bingo, all with prizes which often include silver coins. In addition, tips and technique are discussed to better prepare the novice for detecting valuable coins, rings, jewelry and relics. Members bring their latest finds to meetings for all to see. Finds are judged by the membership to determine the best of finds in various categories. As an added treat, Tokens are buried in nearby parks which when found can be turned in at club meetings for a sterling award. In summer months the club often goes on group treasure hunts to locations chosen by the membership. The atmosphere at club meetings and events is always cheerful and pleasant with new visitors and new members being welcomed with open arms. New members are currently being sought. All are welcome, both men and women, child and adult. Come to a meeting and find where treasures hide and fellowship abounds.
